Dr. Kapoor is an extremely compassionate psychiatrist and clinical psychologist and a wonderful listener. Her deep knowledge and understanding of human psychology is amazing. For years I searched for a psychiatrist who had training and expertise in psychotherapy but could not find one. I am so glad I found Dr. Kapoor. I have never come across a psychiatrist who is also a clinical psychologist so she really knows mental health. She cares, understands, and provides very thoughtful care. Minimal wait time. She is very clear in her treatment recommendations, explains them patiently, and supports the patient to actively participate in their treatment. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable and really gets you. I have now been getting treatment from her for about a year and she has never pushed pills or any treatment that I was not comfortable with.
